Our mission

When we are in our natural state, there is a love story between our body and mind. And when they are connected, something new is born – a beautiful way of relating to ourselves, to others, and to the world.

We live in a culture based on body-mind separation. From early childhood, we’re trained to abandon our inner world and see the world through thoughts and concepts.

In some situations, this can be helpful, but often it disconnects us from ourselves, our emotions and our bodies. It can also create deep feelings of loneliness and depression.

Together we can share our stories and bring forward old and new resources to heal the broken body-mind connection. Together we can create a full human experience.

"Peter is a yoga teacher (in four different traditions), dance facilitator, and somatic explorer. He is also a mental trainer, writer, and entrepreneur."

Giving back to society

Body Mind Love is about community and sharing. At the moment we are supporting four children in Nepal through Tibet Charity. But our vision is to make a much bigger contribution.
